Found this article on
Yahoo's Shine Food about the perfect late night sandwich and all I can say is obviously Chef Fabio has never had a
sammich. According to my supporters, my sandwich creation has a perfect meal record to date and the
sammich is close to heaven on a plate. What was once as a last minute experimental lunch panini for
Broccoli months ago, has turned into my most requested meal. In fact, I think
Broccoli may just in fact regret breaking up with me for this reason alone.

And while it may not seem all that fancy or out of the ordinary, it's all about the seasoning blend on the chicken. I think I could package that blend and sell it, its that good. Essence of Emeril?1? Blah! Let's try Essence of Lindsay! (
Ok, doesn't have the same ring to it but it could work. Bro, my marketing genius, get working on a better product name please!)
